True

Prescribing Yerba Santa just at the time of crisis helps us heal and uproot the emotion that is causing our pain.”

“Several patients have truly surprised me when after a long time in therapy, they were finally able to talk about very sensitive topics, normally related to their childhood and family. Topics hitherto untouchable during months of therapy, one week after taking Yerba Santa had become incredibly clear subjects of discussion.”

Some time ago, I was introduced to Yerba Santa flower essence. I realized that it was a personal flower essence type remedy for me and I also started to prescribe it to my patients. The results have been amazing and every day I am more and more astonished at its benefits.

In all my experience with Yerba Santa, I have learned that only through our own conflict and suffering are we able to see life solutions and transcend the conflicts. It is a journey that reaches into our inmost depths.

This flower essence is a valuable aid for beginning an in-depth analysis of one's life situation. It takes us, day after day and time after time, to undiscovered levels of awareness, leading toward fuller transformation.

Yerba Santa helps us to do what I call "touch bottom."

Several patients have truly surprised me when, after a long time in therapy, they were finally able to talk about very sensitive topics, normally related to their childhood and family. Topics hitherto untouchable during months of therapy, one week after taking Yerba Santa had become incredibly clear subjects of discussion .

I believe that our Higher Self helps us dive into the deepest chasms fearlessly. We can then summon enough confidence to overlook doubt, even in the worst life experiences. Yerba Santa speaks to the ultimate soul challenge of integrating awareness with unawareness. The "Madman" card in the Tarot shows the individual going straight to the abyss. He is confident knowing that even if he falls down, there will always be a higher power (perhaps his own Higher Self) that will save him just when he needs to be saved, but not before or after. Yerba Santa is like this, it seems this flower teaches us to relive our grief, and only then are we able to let it go.

Prescribing Yerba Santa just at the time of crisis helps us heal and uproot the emotion that is causing our pain. Clearly, it is not a flower that heals with love; I believe it's a flower that heals through the experience of pain. By contact with this suffering we are able to come through the crisis.

To touch bottom with Yerba Santa means to become aware of the present situation, and the possibilities to take a new course. We must open up to the chance of making a change. Acknowledging our role in personal life events is the basis for real change. The confusion we face in doing this is the actual beginning of such change.

I remember a few months ago, the first time I took Yerba Santa, tears started flowing from my eyes for no particular reason. At the time I had the strength to throw myself as I never had, together with another person, into the deepest abyss with absolute trust. I am confident that we both had to touch bottom together in order to emerge again, whether united or separated. Yerba Santa has become my faithful companion. This flower helps me retain the clarity to see my conflict, not as a failure or as a problem, but as a big chance to make a change.
